If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Payments are securely processed by our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund:
- Email our support team at support@eshrah.ai with your booking reference.
- We'll review your request and, where eligible, issue the refund back to your original payment method.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights you have under applicable UAE consumer-protection law.
